Nice, Comfy and staffs very helpful for all requests and great room services.( we ordered some fancy drink and dessert) Plus, exceptional service mind from all crews. The hotel is pretty new (2 yrs old) so the room is new, nice and smart TV for enjoy our youtube also variety choices of breakfast. (European, Thai local and middle Thai) In conclusion, Me and my sisters had very quality time at this hotel.

My first impression is the front desk staffs who are very friendly. They offered to change the room that fit with 3 people. The hotel location is convenient to go to the Songkla Old Town and Koh Yor. The breakfast is super good. My friends and I had lunch on the arrival day and 2 dinner on the following days, the meal are very delicious.

Booking the hotel was a pleasant and seamless experience, staff were very helpful when we needed to amend the arrival date to one day earlier. Upon arrival we were greeted by professional, efficient, courteous staff, refreshing drinks provided, checked in quickly, and concierge immediately transferred luggage to our suite.
