Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa Songkhla

The room decoration is excellent! Nice, Comfy and staffs very helpful for all requests and great room services.( we ordered some fancy drink and dessert) Plus, exceptional service mind from all crews. The hotel is pretty new (2 yrs old) so the room is new, nice and smart TV for enjoy our youtube also variety choices of breakfast. (European, Thai local and middle Thai) In conclusion, Me and my sisters had very quality time at this hotel.

Calm and quiet Neat and clean Swimming pool and gym was good.

Booking the hotel was a pleasant and seamless experience, staff were very helpful when we needed to amend the arrival date to one day earlier. Upon arrival we were greeted by professional, efficient, courteous staff, refreshing drinks provided, checked in quickly, and concierge immediately transferred luggage to our suite.

Hotel staff were friendly, polite and willing in accommodating our specific request. All the facilities were well maintained Loved the buffet breakfast!

This is our second time staying here, and we’re just as impressed as before. There’s plenty of parking, the staff are lovely and provide excellent service. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. We've stayed at several hotels in Songkhla, and this one is the best.
